What is an MOT?
Legal roadworthiness — separate from a habitation check.
An MOT is the legal roadworthiness test under DVSA rules. It covers brakes, lights, steering, suspension, tyres, emissions and more — so your vehicle is safe to use on the road.
Albyn MOT offers Class 4, Class 5 lightweight (5L), and Class 7 at Unit 9 Broxburn (5L-eligible only — not full Class 5). We specialise in motorhomes and large American RVs (bay confidence ~10 m L × ~10 m H × ~4.1 m W).
